Since 1991, our family's relationship with the Osa Peninsula has been guided by a belief that meaningful participation creates lasting value for both people and place.

Over more than three decades, we have lived, worked, raised a family, welcomed visitors, cared for natural environments, operated businesses, developed projects, and contributed to the evolving story of the Osa Peninsula.

The projects, properties, and milestones presented here represent a portfolio of stewardship rather than a portfolio of investments. At the center of this journey is Chosa Manglar Nature Retreat, the foundation of much of our work and the world's first recognized Tropical Urban Park, demonstrating how biodiversity, hospitality, community, and economic activity can coexist within a shared environment.

Together with our family holdings, conservation initiatives, hospitality ventures, business enterprises, and community collaborations, these efforts have deepened our understanding of the region and strengthened our long-term commitment to its future. Some remain active today, while others represent important chapters in a continuing story of participation, learning, and contribution.
