The two adjacent lots are located immediately outside the maritime zone, so this is the closest you can get to the ocean and still have titled property. There is something to be said for purchasing a titled beach lot. For those not accustomed to the legal ramifications of Costa Rican maritime law it offers a less stressful relationship with your property and that means less sleepless nights while back home in the north.
