Come to OSA
The OSA has been a well kept secret during the past 30 years. However, that's no longer possible. It has been nigh on impossible to ignore the fact of the Costa Rica government spending approximately 100 million dollars on OSA infrastructure during the last decade. This new investment in infrastructure is allowing many more people to visit and this in turn has created unequaled opportunities for residents, visitors and investors alike. Due to the huge investment of infrastructure, the OSA has been given no choice but to develop. Sustainable growth is achieved by making educated decisions, it rarely happens via luck or ignorance. We as long time OSA residents want growth to be beneficial for the OSA. We would like to participate consciously and conscientiously in that development.
Why have past and present day CR governments spent approximately 100 million dollars on infrastructure during the last decade for barely 8000 OSA residents? It is the necessary application of a long term investigation which led to commitment to develop a sustainable plan for the the OSA Environment and it's people as they move forward into the decades ahead. The pristine beauty on the OSA is like no other area in Costa Rica. It needs to remain relatively unchanged. The OSA peninsula now has a world class level of infrastructure. What an exciting combination but what a huge responsibility!
Ticotown seeks individuals and companies to join us in respecting the OSA's special status as an extremely bio-diverse environment with a number of different, delicate and fragile eco-systems. We want those who thrill at the sight of a Scarlet Macaw and who never tire of seeing Capuchin Monkeys or Blue Morpho Butterflies, people who love the outdoors and can't wait to wake up in the morning to hear the birds, people who will happily slow their car down when an Iguana or Sloth crosses the road in front of them, people who know themselves and are comfortable with who they are, a group of people who wish to continue enjoying life to the fullest, with new experiences and adventures possible every day, a group of people that believe that through their own personal actions they can contribute to the well being of their community and environment alike. In essence a group of highly caring individuals that we would be happy to call "neighbors".
Two decades of OSA living and business experience, matched with the skills of a group of young, talented, and bilingual Costa Rica professionals allows TicoTown to offer a truly unique and diverse perspective of the OSA. I suppose the big question is "Are you ready to hear about the OSA"?, because we know that we're ready and qualified to talk about the OSA, and once we do, life as you know it may never be the same.
As an interested individual, potential purchaser, investor or joint venture specialist we welcome your interest.
