There is water, electricity, telephone, 3G and internet service all available on the property. The water supply is presently solar heated with over 400 meters of above ground black hose. There's a small pond where you can view an entirely different world made up of butterflies, dragonflies, bees, wasps, and many other flying insects, shrimp, fish, caymans and birds of prey all visit the pond. The massive tress scattered throughout the entire property offer perches to many varieties of birds. With a good set of binoculars and/or zoom camera you'll be astounded by what you'll be able to see. You'll also be able to see the bananas, plantains, corn, yucca, oranges and lemons. If you're lucky maybe it'll be part of your lunch or dinner some day. Ah yes! the Iguanas, the big and furiously fast Iguanas will take your breath away.

It's a great place for Singles, Couples, Families and Groups. What a place for relaxation, meditation, Yoga or Tai Chi. What a place to walk, read, dream or make love. What a place for bird watching. You can do whatever you want at Hacienda Cerritos. It's one big Garden of Joy for your very own personal delight. It's an excellent place for a private residence or equably suitable for a small, luxury development.
