Costa Rica - Best Climate in the World
We believe in the beauty, tranquility and return on
investment which this little paradise offers. The system is straightforward and
simple to understand. We believe that Costa Rica (CR) will continue it's
grandiose improvement efforts and we sincerely applaud it's consistently futuristic
outlook for the people of Costa Rica. We look forward to a happy and
prosperous next few decades here in beautiful, warm CR.
CR has an ideal geographic location and
by offering the right blend of political and economic freedoms CR has become home for
many of us. A few more "not so giant steps" and CR could easily become
the dream land of so many frustrated individuals who are struggling with the
idea of living somewhere else other than their homeland. It probably will have
something to do with taxes or climate. After you
struggle with these situations you will come to the conclusion, after a few visits
with us here, that
there really is an alternative to the life you are presently living. You can
enjoy CR as well.
"Ticotown.com" has it's office at 2200 feet above sea level
surrounded by the coffee and sugar cane plantations of Atenas, "Jewel of the
Hills". It is situated 40 minutes from the golden Pacific beaches, 45
minutes to downtown San Jose and 30 minutes to the international airport.
Atenas' claim to fame is that it shares
the title of "best climate on the face of the earth for
human existence" with a small town in Arizona, USA. I live in Atenas
and sincerely hope that the fine people from the Arizonian town are as happy
with their choice of a place to live as I am with mine. I wouldn't consider living any where
else at the present time. I am surrounded by a tropical wonderland abounding in the hills
of Atenas. My last home on the "Peninsula de Osa" was equally
spectacular with it's own very intense and primal environment. Something only
the rainforest can offer. These two locations are completely "special
lands" and are definitely worth investigating.
Visit us a few times here in CR and you
will become a believer.
